1. Our team will empty and return all items to refrigerator and will not throw any items away
2. Windows must be accessible without additional equipment
3. Extra vacuuming and lint rolling of soft surfaces and pet zones
4. Linen change includes 1 bed (linens must be left out); increase add-on count to include more linen changes
5. Laundry fold includes 1 basket of clean, dry laundry; increase add-on count to include multiple baskets of laundry
6. Add an extra tub + shower scrub for a basement's full-bath deep clean
